A timetable that survives changes
Before the event we build the sequence with you: who is collected where and when, how many people travel, where they go next. Every chauffeur gets that plan. When something shifts during the day – and it almost always does – one call to us is enough; we brief the cars. Your guests notice nothing except that the car is waiting.
Typical stops of a fair day
| Stop | What we handle |
|---|---|
| Zurich Airport | Meet and greet in arrivals with a name sign, flight tracking, transfer to the hotel |
| Hotel | Morning transfer to the fairground, in several waves if needed |
| Fairground | Chauffeur stays reachable for client meetings in between |
| Evening programme | Ride to the restaurant and back, whatever the hour |
| Departure | Transfer to the airport or station with a buffer for check-in |
Cars for groups
For groups of up to six we use the Mercedes V-Class, where the group can talk during the ride. For management and guests the S-Class, E-Class and BMW 7 Series are available. For larger numbers we combine vehicles so that everybody arrives at the same time.
| Vehicle | Passengers | Luggage | Guide price per ride |

| Mercedes-Benz S-Class | 3 | 3 suitcases | from CHF 190 |

Frequently asked questions
Can you provide several cars at once?
Yes. For delegations and roadshows we use several vehicles that arrive and leave together. Tell us the number of passengers early and we reserve the cars.
How does a multi-day roadshow work?
We build a timetable with every stop and time in advance and give it to each chauffeur. Changes go through one contact person, so nobody has to be briefed twice.
Do you drive to fairs outside Zurich?
Yes, including Basel, Bern, St. Gallen, Lucerne and across the border to Friedrichshafen, Stuttgart and Munich.
What happens if the programme runs late?
The chauffeur stays nearby and waits. Waiting is part of the booked job; only significant overruns are billed on top.
