How a booking works
1. Enquiry
Send us the date, time, pickup address, destination and number of passengers by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
2. Confirmation
You get it back in writing, with the car, the chauffeur and the price. What is written there is what applies.
3. The ride
The chauffeur arrives before the agreed time and lets you know he is there.
Why companies work with us
Companies receiving guests from abroad rarely have time to organise transport. We take the whole chain: airport pickup, hotel, transfer to the office, return in the evening. You give us the names and the times and you hear from us again when everybody has arrived. All rides can be collected on one monthly invoice, with a cost centre on each line.

Frequently asked questions
How is a chauffeur service different from a taxi?
A taxi is a single ride on a meter. With a chauffeur service a specific car and a specific driver are reserved for you: he waits on site, drives every stop on your list and stays available for the whole appointment. The price is agreed in advance.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?
Yes. For meetings, trade fairs, viewings or events you book by the hour or for a full day. Waiting time is part of the flat rate, so you do not have to watch the clock.
Which cars are available?
A Mercedes-Benz S-Class and E-Class and a BMW 7 Series for up to 3 passengers, plus a Mercedes V-Class for up to 6 passengers with a large luggage area.
Do you drive outside the canton of Zurich?
Yes, anywhere in Switzerland and, on request, across the border to southern Germany, Liechtenstein, Vorarlberg and northern Italy. Tell us the route and you receive a binding quote.
